Provides primary mental health and substance abuse services for children and adults. Offers individual and group counseling, support groups, psychiatric consultations, and medication management. Specialties includes ambulatory detox (for opiates only), counseling, depression and mental health issues, family counseling (adults and children), group counseling, individual counseling (adults and children), MAT (MSR- Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol), OP and IOP, psychiatry services ( for adults 16 years of age and older). 

Operates a food pantry providing food assistance to those in need.

Provides routine, non-medical assistance to adults with disabilities who are employed, involved in community volunteer work, or attending school and are not eligible for Medicaid. Personal assistants help with tasks such as: light house keeping, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, shopping, driving, or using public transportation.

Provides intermittent household cleaning for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. Cleaning services are provided up to 4 times per year.

Supports Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and General Assistance (GA) clients with job readiness and search efforts, mandating volunteer work for those unable to secure employment. Participation in this employment program is mandatory for all TANF and GA clients.

Provides comprehensive services for individuals affected by or living with HIV. Services include: medical care, case management, counseling, and, when available, transportation assistance.

Empowers youth by providing essential skills for academic and employment success through a program. Offers tutoring, study skills training, secondary school completion, dropout prevention strategies, alternative school offerings, summer employment linked to learning, work experiences, occupational skills training, leadership development, mentoring, comprehensive guidance, drug and alcohol counseling, and follow-up services for a minimum of twelve months post-program completion. 

Diabetes Self-Management Education Classes (DSME) and training is a collaborative course through which people with diabetes gain the knowledge and skills needed to modify their behavior and successfully self-manage the disease and its related conditions. The course incorporates the needs, goals, and life experiences of the person with diabetes and is guided by evidence-based standards. DSME can be conducted on an individual and/or group basis, and is facilitated by a licensed health professional. The course covers topics such as: - Diabetes disease process & treatment options - Incorporating nutrition management, physical activity & utilizing medications - Monitoring blood glucose & using results to improve control - Preventing, detecting & treating acute & chronic complications - Goal setting and problem solving - Integrating psychosocial adjustment - Preconception care and management during pregnancy (if applicable)

Offers a nutritionally balanced lunch, menu choices include a hot meat-based or meatless entrée or a cold meat-based or meatless boxed lunch. Lunch reservations can be made by calling the senior wellness center prior to 10am, at least one business day in advance.

Provides assistance for older adults, people with disabilities and other vulnerable individuals. These individuals are unable to act on their own behalf or manage their own affairs, or who are in immediate danger due to physical or emotional abuse, unsafe or hazardous living conditions, exploitation, neglect, self-neglect or abandonment.

Provides confidential pregnancy and parenting support services for single, first-time mothers and their children. Services include mentoring, vocational and career planning assistance, financial planning and assistance, workshops, social events, baby supplies, diapers, clothing, car seats, childcare resource referrals, and ongoing support from pregnancy through the toddler years and beyond.

Offers individuals who have been out of school for an extended period or never completed their high school education an opportunity to obtain their high school diploma and/or enhance basic skills, with instruction in math, reading, writing, and communication to improve job market prospects or pursue advanced training. Utilizing computers, the program facilitates learning of essential workplace computer skills, while practice drills focus on real-life situations at work, school, and home. Staff support participants in identifying additional services conducive to workplace success.   

Provides outpatient mental health services to individuals in the community. Aims to foster better self-understanding and personal insight.

Provides assistance to law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of bias incidents. Facilitates education and training programs on diversity and anti-racism to organizations. Facilitates programs of community relations.      

Provides a primary, preventive, and related health and social services, including physicals, sick visits, screenings, immunizations, mental health and substance-use counseling, medication-assisted treatment, referrals, social work support, and food packages for diabetic patients.
