These offenders are mandated by the court to participate in the IDRC program. Non-compliant offenders face revocation of their licenses and possible incarceration. The program includes drug and alcohol education as well as evaluation, treatment referral and monitoring when indicated. The program is court-mandated and in lieu of a jail term.
