Services include: adult and social day care; homemaker assistance; home delivered meals; home modifications; medical supplies; respite care.   

Provides in-home personal chef services for older adults and individuals who need assistance with meal planning and preparation. Professional chefs shop for groceries, prepare customized meals in the participant's home, package meals for later consumption, and clean the kitchen upon completion.
