Provides assistance to families by giving caregivers a break from the daily responsibility of caring for an elderly or disabled relative or friend. Respite services may be used for a caregiver to shop/do errands, get medical care, attend to personal matters, rest, vacation, have surgery/medical procedure, or handle an emergency. 

Provides a respite grant of up to $500 that allows individuals to meet their own needs while caring for a loved one at home. Grant is intended for respite care such as an adult day service, mental health support, or self-care.

Provides adult day services persons with Alzheimer's disease or Related Disorders is for people at any stage, as long as they have family or friends who provide daily assistance. This program offers assistance toward attending one of the participating day service centers.
