Provides various community programs and services to blind senior citizen in the community. Services include: possibilities fairs to showcase skills and techniques; monthly conference call for support and connection; and promotion of vocational, cultural. and social advancement.

Serves as an adult vocational center providing assessments, work adjustments training, sheltered employment and supportive employment. Adults with disabilities and medical complications may also qualify for Adult Day Health Program.   

Offers guidance and support for individuals who live in the community on their own or with family. Guidance is offered for daily living skills like shopping, cooking, scheduling and attending doctor appointments, banking, etc.
