Provides various services to individuals with disabilities and their families to help secure a more independent lifestyle. Services include: information and referral, peer support groups, independent living skills training, advocacy, care management, employment services, health and wellness programs, and recreational activities.
Provides in-home services for older adults and adults with developmental disabilities by recruiting and supervising licensed home health aides who assist the clients and their family/caregivers at home. The program includes direct in-home health services, respite care, companionship, chores, basic non-medical client care, social activities, information and referrals to other Puerto Rican Association for Human Development programs and other community resources.
