Assists various demographics with career and vocational counseling, including unemployed or underemployed workers, downsized management, senior citizens, people with disabilities, older workers, individuals considering mid-life career changes, current college students, recent college graduates, graduate students, and individuals returning to the workforce. Additional services provided encompass career workshops, job placement assistance, literacy programs, adult basic education, resume and cover letter aid, interview preparation, job search strategies, and ESL support.

Provides a 17-month academic preparation program for high-achieving, low-income high school students to prepare for admission to selective colleges and universities.

Provide bilingual students with a High School Diploma or GED the opportunity to complete college preparatory courses in Spanish while taking concurrent ESL classes, preparing them for successful enrollment at the main campus.

Provides supportive programs to students of Perth Amboy High School and their families through the School Based Youth Services Program (SBYSP). Services include: case management, assistance with college applications, community referrals for social services, immigration services, employment counseling, and recreational activities. Also delivers intensive mental health counseling in individual, group, and family sessions. Topics covered include: school, drugs/alcohol, abuse, family conflicts, peer pressure, relationships, eating disorders, and violence prevention. Collaborates with community health providers to teach pregnancy prevention and sexual education in ninth-grade health classes, and offers one-on-one sessions on risk reduction and healthy decisions.

Provides help to people to go back to and through college. Services are provided by agency advisors and by academic advisors from partner colleges. Services available include academic advising, financial aid, learning strategies, retention, academic remediation.  

Provides assistance to out-of-school youth in obtaining a high school diploma. Services include: life skills classes, pre-employment training, test preparation, and instruction.

Equips high school students with the motivation and skills to be successful after graduation. Offers four-week career readiness programming, occupational skills training, case management, educational interventions and support, legal and other supportive services, and work-based learning.

Provides information and referrals for students enrolling in college. The program is geared to assist low income families.

Empowers youth by providing essential skills for academic and employment success through a program. Offers tutoring, study skills training, secondary school completion, dropout prevention strategies, alternative school offerings, summer employment linked to learning, work experiences, occupational skills training, leadership development, mentoring, comprehensive guidance, drug and alcohol counseling, and follow-up services for a minimum of twelve months post-program completion.
