Assists income-eligible individuals to obtain expungement of their New Jersey criminal records through the assistance of volunteer attorneys participating in the South Jersey Legal Services Private Attorney Involvement Program to provide a fresh start for individuals who have one or very few convictions. The Project does not assist with out-of-state criminal records, nor does it include Involuntary Civil Commitment Records.
