Offers a range of employment and supportive services, empowering women. For those aged 18 and older, addressing both short-term and long-term goals. Services include workshops, monthly newsletters, case management, counseling, training in various work skills, GED classes, a support group, childcare referrals, outreach, mentoring, online services, and a five-week Job Readiness Program. 

Provides limited financial assistance to patients in active treatment for treatment-related expenses such as transportation to treatment, homecare, or child care.

Provides temporary cash assistance, employment services, and supportive services through the Work First New Jersey (WFNJ) program to individuals and families with limited income. Supports self‑sufficiency by offering job readiness, training, job placement, child care assistance, and referrals to education, housing, and other community resources for eligible participants.

Aims to promote personal responsibility and self-sufficiency through work. Able-bodied recipients are required to participate in a work-related activity. All WFNJ recipients who are participating in an approved work activity are eligible to receive monthly bus passes or daily tickets in order to get to their activity site. Long-term recipients are also provided with intensive case management services to assist clients in becoming more self-sufficient.
