Eligibility
The program assists low income individuals and families who reside in Sussex County and whose total household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Application/registration forms, proof of household income, Social Security card/number.

Application Drop Off Site ONLY: Mon - Wed 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Phone/call center hours: Mon - Tues, Thurs - Fri 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
