The Center for Educational Advancement (CEA) assists individuals with disabilities in finding community integrated employment. Once the client finds a job, they are given one-on-one training, as needed, to learn the job and to handle any situations relating to job culture/work habits that may interfere with ability to keep a job. Once a job is learned, a job coach can continue to visit the job site a few times per month to make sure that the job continues to go smoothly for the client.
Providing organization
Center For Educational Advancement (CEA)
Provides jobs, education, job readiness and support services for individuals with varying disabilities and disadvantages to employment. CEA does this through various training services and job placement with the employment services group, spring run school for students, and a packaging and products group.
