Eligibility
Open to home providers in the service area. Home seekers can come from anywhere in the country, but must be trying to move into the service area.
Providers should have a suitable house or apartment with a separate bedroom for a Seeker. Providers and Seekers must be independent enough to meet their own basic needs.

ID, Home application, References, background information, proof of income/employment, and residence suitability for Providers
