Assists homeless individuals through the Coordinated Entry Program by offering extensive one-on-one case management, including intake, assessment, and linkage to housing and supportive services. Case managers explain available resources and assist in linking individuals to suitable programs. Additionally, all homeless individuals in Hudson County are welcome to visit either of GSECDC's Drop-In Centers during open hours.
