Eligibility
Serves children ages 13 through 17 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral health challenges and are at risk for psychiatric hospitalization within the service area.
Required documents
Photo identification, insurance card if applicable and financial documents if requesting financial aid.

Application process
Call the Access Center or submit an online request to schedule an appointment and complete an intake assessment to access services.
Fees
Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial insurance, Self-pay and Financial aid may be available to those who qualify.
