Open to individuals, couples, and families interested in adopting a child in the service area
Required documents
Photo ID, proof of income, financial documentation, medical clearance, criminal background check, child abuse clearance, personal references, home study documentation, and other program-required documents.

Counselor: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
