Provides an arthritis friendly low-cost, evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention program that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals (particularly those with arthritis) to stay active throughout their life. Classes meet for one hour three times a week in person, online, or in hybrid mode.
