Eligibility
Open to homeowners who should be older adults, ages 60 and older, residing in the service area and have trouble maintaining their own home. Home seekers should primarily be independent and healthy senior citizens, ages 60 and older, but the program will accept adults of all ages. Applicants must be flexible enough to succeed in a home sharing situation.

Application process
Applicants must have at least two personal references and a physician's reference. An application and interview with housing counselor is required. A home inspection will also be conducted as well.

The program matches homeowners with home seekers for a shared living arrangement. It is primarily for senior citizens, but can assist any age adult.
