24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Application process
NJ-211 Homeless Hotline specialist will conduct a basic screening prior to referral, to establish that the shelter referral is appropriate and collect general information to pass along to Gateway YMCA upon referral. Then, NJ-211 will contact Gateway to refer the client for after-hours placement.
