Available to children, adopted children or stepchildren of U.S. military member who died while on active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001. Or children, adopted children or stepchildren of post-9/11 veterans having been assigned a combined disability rating of 50 percent or greater.

Visit service provider's website to apply for the scholarship. Application accepted between January 1 to March 25, awards must be used before Aug 1. Recipients may reapply for additional annual awards up to six times.
