Eligibility
Open to:
- Individuals who are unemployed, on public assistance, homeless.
- 18 or older
- Minimum 6th grade reading and math level (determined by basic education test given after application has been reviewed.)
- Drug and alcohol free for a period of 90 days or more (drug test is required both before and during the training.)
- Able to pass a general physical doctors exam
- A genuine desire for a career in food services/culinary arts.
