Eligibility
Individuals may qualify for assistance if they meet the following requirements:
- Are a tenant or owner of a 1 to 2 family home in Hudson County built before 1978
- The property is current on real estate taxes, water, and sewer bills
- Occupant's household income is within the low-to-moderate income limits
