Eligibility
Individuals may qualify for assistance if they meet the following requirements:
  • Are a tenant or owner of a 1 to 2 family home in Hudson County built before 1978
  • The property is current on real estate taxes, water, and sewer bills
  • Occupant's household income is within the low-to-moderate income limits

Eligible units comprise owner-occupied and rental one- and two-family residences.
