Provides coordinated housing navigation, homelessness prevention, diversion services, rapid rehousing, street outreach, emergency shelter linkage, housing placement assistance, and connections to permanent housing resources for veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Offers employment, training, and related educational services to veterans in the community, while providing social and human services counseling and referrals to under-served veterans experiencing barriers in re-integrating into civilian life.  Administer of 3 Homeless Veterans Grants: SSVF - Supportive Services to Veteran Families (US Department of Veterans Affairs), BVH - Bringing Veterans Home (NJ State Department of Community Affairs), and HVRP - Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (US Department of Labor).
