Supports families with moving toward self‑sufficiency by providing access to essential supports. Assists with child care, health insurance, transportation, substance‑use and behavioral‑health services, and emergency assistance. Includes monthly benefits to help eligible adults purchase menstrual‑hygiene products and to support families with young children by helping cover diaper needs. Encourages employment and participation in work activities as part of time‑limited cash‑assistance support.
