Provides an evidence-based lifestyle change program for preventing type 2 diabetes. These year-long classes help participants make real lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, including physical activity into their daily lives, and improving problem-solving and coping skills.

Offers a program tailored for individuals at risk for Diabetes, focusing on prevention through an evidence-based lifestyle change approach. Participants engage in healthier eating, regular physical activity, and enhancing problem-solving skills in weekly sessions led by trained coaches for 6 months, followed by monthly meetings for another 6 months.
