To be eligible for health coverage through the Health Insurance Individual Marketplace, applicants:
- must live in the United States
- must be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present)
- cannot be currently incarcerated
- Must be citizens or legal immigrants. (NOTE:Other wage earners in the household who are not legal residents can be assured that their information will not be sent to I.N.S..)
- Must be residents of New Jersey
