Eligibility

Individuals seeking Housing Assistance
  • Facing imminent threat of homelessness or eviction notice
  • Mercer County Resident
  • Annual income does not exceed 2.5 times the federal poverty level for household
  • Have found or plan to stay in housing less than 70% of net monthly income
  • Agree to provide portion of the amount owed
Individuals seeking Utility Assistance
  • Current shut-off notice
  • Total balance does not exceed $1,500
  • Mercer County resident
  • Annual income does not exceed 3 times the federal poverty level for household

Eviction notice, foreclosure notice, photo ID, proof of address, proof of household income, proof of income eligibility, utility disconnection notice
