Eligibility
Individuals seeking Housing Assistance
- Facing imminent threat of homelessness or eviction notice
- Mercer County Resident
- Annual income does not exceed 2.5 times the federal poverty level for household
- Have found or plan to stay in housing less than 70% of net monthly income
- Agree to provide portion of the amount owed
- Current shut-off notice
- Total balance does not exceed $1,500
- Mercer County resident
- Annual income does not exceed 3 times the federal poverty level for household

Eviction notice, foreclosure notice, photo ID, proof of address, proof of household income, proof of income eligibility, utility disconnection notice

Call to schedule an appointment, or visit the website to complete the intake form. Applicants must bring documentation to the interview. Walk ins are not accepted.
