all necessary bills or debts, current utility bills, driver's license, financial statements, ID with address, income plan, income tax return, past 6 months of payment history for each utility, proof of address, Proof of benefits (i.e. EBT, TANF, GA), proof of employment, proof of home ownership/rental lease, proof of household income, rental/lease agreement, unemployment benefits statement, utility disconnection notice, W-2 form

Delivers food assistance through the Red Door Food Pantry, food vouchers, childcare stipends, utility assistance, emergency rent assistance, summer camp scholarships, after-school enrichment scholarships, Thanksgiving meals, holiday gifts for children, and other supportive services
