Eligibility

Residents in service area who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Homeless status is defined as not having an actual place of residence or living in place not usually meant for habitation, i.e. a bus station, the street, or a car. Imminent risk is defined as having an eviction notice or warrant of removal. For Traveler's Assistance, applicants must have a verifiable address and a contact person to return to.
