Offers supervised community living arrangements in which individuals with developmental disabilities can more comfortably contribute to and benefit from their communities. Individuals are placed in homes based on their needs and existing housemates. Homes are managed by staff who oversee all aspects of supports and services to move individuals toward independent and self-determined lifestyles. 14-hour, 24-hour, and overnight care is available based on an individual's level of independence within a home.
