Eligibility
Requires at least one household member age 55 or older. Or Adult of any age with documented specials needs. Income is limited to low‑income households, at or below 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), with some units designated for lower income tiers depending on funding source and availability. Must be primary Residence and requires U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status.

Application process
Completion of a housing application, income verification, background screening, and annual recertification. A wait list may apply, if no availability.

$35 per adult (age 18 and older) household member, due at application
