Provides a supervised, supportive day program for older adults and adults with disabilities who may otherwise be homebound, including individuals with medical, social, and Alzheimer’s‑related needs. The program offers hot catered meals, transportation to and from program locations and medical appointments, and daily structured activities, such as arts and crafts, music, exercise, and social celebrations. Staff provide assistance with insurance questions and prescription pickups to support continued health and engagement.
