Eligibility
Open to individuals with mental health issues who desire to live independently. Additional criteria for the program includes:
- No active substance abuse
- Free of acute symptoms for 6 or more months
- No recent aggressive behavior

Provides essential services such as food,clothing and shelter. Also, specialized services such as drug treatment, mental health and legal support. Programs are designed to help people and families be self-sufficient and end the cycle of dependence.
