Eligibility
Open to anyone in need of legal services, with priority given to seniors, disabled, and low to moderate income individuals. Disabilities can include, but are not limited to: Mental health, Individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families, Organizations who serve disabled individuals are also eligible for services.

Empowering the community through legal, advocacy, and case management services, with a focus on disabled and low to moderate income individuals. Services cover public entitlements, housing advocacy, consumer law, family law, health insurance benefits, discrimination matters, barrier-free accessibility, and systems advocacy.

Community Health Law Project (CHLP)

Offers legal representation and advocacy services to low-income individuals with disabilities and the frail elderly. Assists those in the community through funding sources.
