Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years and older within the service area with a one year documented opiate dependence history.
Required documents
Alien registration card, birth certificate, driver's license, DUI arrest report, photo ID, police report, prescription, Proof of benefits (i.e. EBT, TANF, GA), proof of income eligibility, Social Security card/number, W-2 form Call for more information.

Fees
There is an intake fee (money orders only accepted) and a weekly service fee. Medicaid ABP and Plan A are accepted and a sliding scale fee system is available. The Fee for Service Initiative (FFS) and DUII are also available. Call for more information.

Provides maintenance and outpatient detoxification services to help individuals who have an opiate dependency (including heroin, oxycodone, morphine, Percocet, Vicodin, painkillers, etc.). Program utilizes methadone in the detoxification service.
