Individuals who live in a 1- to 4-unit residential home built before 1978. The property is required to be structurally sound. Household income must be within 80% of the area median income.

Application process
Call to schedule a home visit to check for indications of lead in the home. If lead is found and confirmed to be present, a contractor will create a scope of the necessary work.
