Eligibility
At least 65 years old, New Jersey resident, and have an income no greater than $54,943, if single or no greater than $62,390 if married.
Required documents
PAAD recipients: application PAAD non-recipients-: application, proof of age (must show date of birth), of principal place of residence, dated within the last 6 months, last year’s income tax return, if filed, physician/Licensed Audiologist statement/signature attesting to the necessity of a hearing aid.
