Provides a structured social day program for adults age 60 and older that promotes healthy aging, reduces isolation, and supports independent living through a variety of recreational, educational, and wellness activities. Engage participants in group exercise, social events, discussion groups, and cultural programming while offering opportunities for peer connection and mental stimulation; transportation and meal options may be available, and services are offered regardless of ability to pay, with options for reduced fees or insurance‑based access.

Offers assistance with financial hardship, benefits access, food pantry services, domestic violence and trauma support, and specialized programs for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Also operates a rapid access clinic which provides Urgent Mental Health services, virtually or as a walk in.
