Provides diagnostic assessments and treatment services for individuals with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, and other causes of dementia. The clinic provides ongoing medication management and counseling. The multidisciplinary team provides support, referrals to community services and help with future planning for patients, their families and professional caregivers.
