Application process

Call for information, referral, and/or to schedule an intake appointment. Proof of income is required to qualify for sliding scale services.

Fees

Medicaid and sliding scale fees are accepted for Early Education Group. No fees are charged for other prevention services.

Provides a variety of prevention services for high-risk adults, youth, and families, including alcohol abuse education (Somerset County only), support for children of substance abusers aged 5 through 12, and an Early Education Group for individuals in the early stages of substance abuse. Group sessions available.

Offer outpatient Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Disorder services, as well as HIV services. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication Assisted treatment, psychiatric care, Anger Management and HIV services. Narcan trainings and family prevention services are also available.
