Provides Medicare and Medicaid-certified home health services, home joint-replacement therapy, and palliative and hospice care. The program is a non-profit partnership between VNA Health Group and Barnabas Health led by an expert medical team comprised of nurses and physicians.

Offers community immunization efforts, healing and health-promoting programs and other services that range from prenatal to end-of-life care whenever needed, without regard to social status or ability to pay.
