Open to individuals, ages 14 and older, who have a disability. Applicants must be Medicaid-eligible and be eligible for services with the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS).

Application process
Call to register for services. A referral is required from one of the following organizations: the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS), the Commission for the Blind, or local school systems.
