Offers many free educational classes, workshops, and outreach efforts to combat diabetes. Programs can help individuals understand and manage diabetes, and offers assistance with diabetes self-management healthy eating plans, complications of diabetes, stress reduction, cooking and fitness tips, motivation and support, and complimentary health screenings.
