Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering confidential adolescent healthcare in a school-based health clinic. The clinic is located adjacent to the School-Based Youth Services Program administered by the Jewish Renaissance Foundation. Services include: Medical Services, Immunizations, OB/GYN referrals, Physicals, Laboratory tests and Youth Counseling.
