Eligibility
Open to individuals, 18 years and older, who were blind and/or disabled by the age of 22. Applicants must meet income and resource standards, citizenship, and non-financial requirements. Blindness is defined as having vision of 20/200 in the better eye with a corrective lens. Disability must be determined to be permanent and total.
