Application process
Please visit the website to fill out an application form. There will be a two to three week wait. If an applicant does not have access to a computer, please call to request an application form.
Fees
- $30/year for individual households - $20/year for seniors - $35/year for commercial organizations - $6 each additional delivery address

Helps New Jersey oil consumers to save 15 to 25% on their home heating oil bills. The group contracts with 30 oil dealers throughout the state and refers participating consumers to local company that provides the best price. In addition, consumers can choose from a variety of billing and delivery options for their oil.
The group also provides energy information, funding, and resources to nonprofit groups and answers questions on wide range of energy and conservation topics.
