Eligibility
Displaced parent(s) or guardian(s) with children, and late-term pregnant women. Applicants must be physically and mentally stable, with no recent history of serious criminal activity. Applicants must be also working or seeking work.

Driver's license, ID, photo ID, proof of homelessness, Social Security card/number, state ID.

Families are stabilized while they address barriers to independent living. Families who are receiving government assistance (TANF, SSI, SSD, or have a housing voucher) are ineligible.
