Provides a variety of child support services through county welfare offices and the Judiciary including locating the parent who has a responsibility to support their child(ren), legally determining if a person is the biological parent of a client's child, obtaining an order for child support, including healthcare, collecting support payments, and keeping accurate records of payments, enforcing the support order.
