Those seeking assistance from M.A.P or Home Keepers Program must receive Housing Counseling before applying for these programs. Services may include; Advocacy, Information about the foreclosure process, Legal timelines, how to contact and negotiate with a lender, Assessment of the homeowner's financial situation and development of a plan to address homeownership and financial issues.
