Provides community-based case management and outreach services for adults who are dealing with a serious and persistent mental illness, and are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. Also provides targeted case management services for military veterans experiencing homelessness and mental health issues. Does not provide emergency placement.

Offers a full continuum of services including prevention programs, crisis intervention, outpatient therapy and psychiatric services, substance abuse services, therapeutic foster case, residential programs, juvenile detention alternatives, case management, and developmental disability services. Includes a special education school.
