Provides a network of referral services for support, public education, and community advocacy that promotes the health and safety of children and families through maltreatment prevention programs. The categories of services within the network includes office of Early Childhood Services: responsible for promoting family health, as well as child neglect and abuse prevention to families and caregivers of children, from pregnancy and birth to kindergarten, office of School-Linked Services, addresses the emotional, behavioral, and family problems that threaten a child's safety, well-being, and educational advancement within school, office of Family Support Services, provides leadership, support, and development to communities and family serving organizations in order to identify community strengths, needs, and community-based promising strategies that will improve the accessibility of support programs.
